Who are I AM THE MUSIC?
I Am The Music is a collective that aims to provide a platform for artists and musicians in order for them to reach the next level in their careers.
The company hosts events for budding musicians to receive an insight into the industry through talks from industry professionals such as Maximus Stephanos – London based DJ & Producer, and owner & founder of House 559 Music. These guest speaker events can also be a great place to network and meet fellow musicians.
IATM will be hosting their first ever festival, ‘Fusion Festival’, which will be held at The White Hart Pub in Hertford on August 17th. The festival will include two stages, one for DJs and another for bands and acoustic artists – so there really is something for everyone.
What does this mean for HCM Students?
HCM gives students the tools they need to become skilled musicians and instrumentalist. We can teach you the theory, the practical, the real, solid, foundations of being a musician.
What you need next is a knowledge of music business and how the industry works. You need to know how to get your songs heard, get gigs, and promote them. This is where I Am The Music can help.
